This position offers hybrid flexibility. Work with Athena Care in Hendersonville, TN, US.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and children while managing assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary care team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant mental health field and possess full, independent licensure in Tennessee (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT). Prior experience in mental health services and proficiency with EMR systems are preferred.
