Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist will screen patient charts, process medication orders, and provide patient education while collaborating with providers to ensure accurate pharmaceutical services. They are also responsible for maintaining emergency procedures, performing audits, and documenting care in the electronic health record.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and possess an active, unrestricted pharmacist license. A minimum of one to three years of clinical pharmacy experience and current BLS certification are required.
