Elliot Health System is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Neurologist with Epilepsy Fellowship training to join our growing pediatric specialty team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to build and shape pediatric epilepsy services within a physician-led health system committed to expanding specialty care for children and families across Southern New Hampshire.

32-bed Level III NICU, dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department, pediatric inpatient services, Developmental Pediatrics, Neonatology, Pediatric Hospital Medicine, and an established regional referral network.

Advanced Epilepsy Resources

Four full-time registered EEG technologists, routine and ambulatory EEG, home monitoring for up to 72 hours, NICU long-term monitoring, remote interpretation, and Natus integrated with Epic.

Dedicated Physician Support

Dedicated Pediatric Neurology RN and Medical Assistant, protected EEG interpretation time, four clinical days, one administrative day, and 10 to 12 outpatients per day.

Technology That Reduces Burden

Integrated Epic electronic medical record and Microsoft DAX Copilot ambient documentation, helping physicians spend more time with patients and less time documenting.

Clinical Scope and Impact

This role blends outpatient epilepsy care with meaningful hospital-based consultation across the pediatric continuum. Clinical responsibilities include:

· Outpatient pediatric neurology and comprehensive epilepsy care

· EEG interpretation with protected reading time

· NICU consultation for neonatal seizures and other complex neurologic conditions

· Pediatric Emergency Department and inpatient consultation for first-time seizures, status epilepticus, and acute neurologic presentations

· Collaborative care for neurologically and developmentally complex children

· Leadership in program development, quality improvement, and regional access to care

The successful candidate will be a visible and valued partner to pediatricians, neonatologists, hospitalists, emergency physicians, and developmental specialists throughout the region.

Call and Practice Model

· Rotating outpatient phone coverage

· Shared support with a tertiary academic medical center

· Approximately 1:2 weekend coverage

· Dedicated non-clinical time for EEG interpretation, care coordination, and program development
