Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist plans and implements therapy programs to facilitate the rehabilitation of patients with physical or mental illnesses. They evaluate patient functional abilities and educate families on self-care techniques and home modifications.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an approved occupational therapy curriculum and possess at least 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience. A valid New York State Occupational Therapist license is required upon hire.
