The Occupational Therapist plans and provides skilled therapy services to clients in their homes according to a Plan of Care. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, establishing treatment goals, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare staff.
Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Minnesota and a graduate of an AOTA approved school. At least two years of healthcare experience is required, with home care experience and NBCOT certification strongly recommended.
