Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to senior members within a community-based clinic setting. Lead a supportive care team to manage the medical and social needs of elderly patients with comorbid conditions.
Must be an M.D. or D.O. graduate board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Requires an active, non-probationary state medical license.
