Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care and daily evaluations for a caseload of approximately forty patients in a skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary teams to manage acute and chronic diseases.
Requirements
Must be a qualified Nurse Practitioner capable of conducting examinations and prescribing medications. Ability to work a Monday through Friday daytime schedule is required.
