Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes to relieve pain and restore function. Oversee therapy services provided by PTAs and maintain clinical documentation according to Medicare and Federal guidelines.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, a current state license, and BLS certification. Candidates must have 1-2 years of PT experience, including 1 year of Home Health and HCHB charting experience within the last 3 years.
