Outpatient Therapist

Join Benevolent Family Services as a Outpatient Therapist in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide initial intake screening and mental health assessments that identify service needs and recommend options for care.

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy.

• Provide coordinated care by initiating or participating in client-centered consultation with internal and external provider involved in care or services.

• Assist in establishing effective communication between BFS, other social agencies serving clients, and the Community.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or University in a mental health field.

• Have an active license as a LPC, LMFT, LCPC or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• Should be actively credentialed with various insurance panels.

• Must have experience in providing counseling and/or psychotherapy services.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• Remote position - work from anywhere.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
