Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program and hold an active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas. Clinical experience in palliative or hospice care, including advance care planning, is strongly preferred.
