About the Role

Join Arlington Public Schools as a Occupational Therapist – School-Based in United States. This position is a 1.0 FTE position located at Taylor, ATS, and Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as an itinerant clinician to provide appropriate "educational model" occupational therapy services for identified students.

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to provide integrated programs for special education students.

• Determine through occupational therapy evaluation procedures appropriate model and level of service required for each student.

• Document student progress with periodic updates.

Requirements

• Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.

• Must be registered nationally as qualified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), or completion of registration upon employment.

• Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required. Salary:
