Join Warby Parker as a Optometrist, FT (PC) - Derby Street Shops in Hingham, Massachusetts. Warby Parker is looking for a patient-focused and dynamic Full-Time Optometrist to join one of its affiliated independent optometry practices. The practice is adjacent to a Warby Parker retail location.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations in line with established clinical protocols and standards of care.

• Partner with the store team to create an exceptional patient experience while working together to grow the eye exam business at your location.

• Prescribe eyewear, contacts, and eye health solutions tailored to each patient’s needs, and educate them on their options. Diagnose and treat a variety of vision conditions, including refractive error and ocular health assessments, while ensuring accuracy to help patients see (and feel) their best.

• Share eye care knowledge and feel confident in coaching the team to help them confidently support patients throughout their journey.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state where you practice, in good standing.

• Dedicated to leading by example, inspiring your team through exceptional patient care, collaboration, and a strong work ethic.

• Business-minded and driven to deliver results.

• Excited by a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and proactive in driving innovation and problem-solving.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $133K - $164K
