Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities

The PMHNP will provide behavioral healthcare management, conduct psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications for patients with severe mental illness. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans in an in-person clinical setting.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing and be board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with severe mental illness in an outpatient setting and an active California NP license are required.
