Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients referred by physicians and provide personalized treatment plans to improve range of motion, strength, and functional independence. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, and participating in weekly case conferences.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school and possess a valid Indiana state license. A minimum of two years of experience is required, with preference given to those with a background in geriatric or home health care.
