Physical Therapist - Clinic Director

Key Responsibilities

The Clinic Director will lead, mentor, and support a team of physical therapists while overseeing daily clinic operations and patient experience. They will also provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans and foster relationships with local referral sources.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for a Kentucky Physical Therapist license. While leadership experience is preferred, a strong passion for developing others and clinical excellence is required.
