Position Description
Are you passionate about ensuring the continuity of healthcare services in critical areas? Join our Resource Allocation Pool Plus team! As a member, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational continuity by:
- Covering critical openings in specialized areas.
- Maintaining robust staffing profiles, especially during peak seasons.
- Offering flexible working options for allied health professionals to support work-life balance.
Occasional Schedule
The Speech Therapist administers optimal patient care by planning and implementing speech therapy treatment programs for patients as referred by physicians. To maintain the standards of professional and ethical practice in the provision of the full scope of speech therapy services.
Qualifications
- Meets requirements for a certificate of clinical competence and speech-language pathology.
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license or eligible for license in Louisiana.
Key Responsibilities
The Speech Therapist is responsible for planning and implementing speech therapy treatment programs for patients referred by physicians. They ensure the continuity of healthcare services and maintain professional and ethical standards in the delivery of care.
