The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for performing patient assessments, establishing plans of care, and providing evidence-based treatment to achieve rehabilitation goals. They also coordinate with healthcare teams, manage interns/students, and contribute to quality improvement and budgetary processes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field and be licensed in the state. A current BLS/CPR card and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (or eligibility for CFY) are required.
