Job Description
Description
We’re looking for a confident, patient-focused Part-Time Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a dynamic, high-touch care environment and is excited to be part of a growing practice in Lincoln. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking meaningful clinical work with flexibility—while also having the potential to expand into a larger role as our patient demand continues to grow.
Why This Role Stands Out
This isn’t a “clock-in, clock-out” position. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care, building patient relationships, and contributing to the evolution of our services. We value providers who think beyond the visit—those who educate, connect, and elevate the patient experience.
- What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver a high-end, personalized patient experience with strong communication and education
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Support continuity of care through follow-ups, documentation, and patient engagement
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and growth
- Schedule & Growth
- Part-time: 3 days per week (consistent schedule)
- Opportunity to increase hours and expand your role as the practice grows
Compensation
- $45-60/hr.
- Additional compensation available if you have availability to travel to other NE clinics.
The Right Fit
You’re someone who values quality over volume, builds trust quickly with patients, and enjoys being part of a practice that is evolving and improving. You’re adaptable, engaged, and ready to make an impact—not just fill a schedule.
If you’re looking for a role where you can practice with purpose, connect with patients, and grow alongside a forward-moving organization, we’d like to connect.
