Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist provides in-home respiratory assessments, treatments, and follow-up care for patients with chronic conditions. They also coordinate care with medical teams and educate patients and caregivers on equipment operation and safety.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) and BLS certification. Previous experience in home health, subacute care, or pulmonary rehabilitation is preferred.
