Key Responsibilities

The Audiologist provides comprehensive audiology services, including consultation, evaluation, and therapy for patients with hearing and balance disorders in both acute care and outpatient settings. They are responsible for managing patient volumes, performing diagnostic testing, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master of Science/Arts or a Doctor of Audiology (AuD/PhD) degree from an accredited program. Additionally, they must possess or be eligible for an Illinois Department of Professional Regulation License for Audiology and have completed ASHA or ABA certification.
