Job DetailsJob Location: Wauwatosa - Wauwatosa, WI 53226Position Type: Full TimeJoin our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist Greenfield Rehab is seeking an Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Wauwatosa, WI.

This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered care across home health and outpatient therapy in the home, working with older adults in a variety of settings.

Our SLPs play an important role in helping patients maintain independence, improve quality of life, and achieve their functional goals. Looking for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
