• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing 2.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program 3.

• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure 4.

• Nurse Practitioner certification in Hospice or Palliative Care within 1 year of starting the position 5.
