Art Therapist (ATR-BC)

Key Responsibilities

The Art Therapist will deliver outpatient art therapy services, including conducting one-hour weekly sessions for veterans with brain/spinal cord injuries and PTSD, and performing intakes and occasional family therapies. Responsibilities also include developing treatment plans, conducting mental health assessments, and documenting session progress weekly while participating in team meetings.

Requirements

Candidates must possess certification as a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) or Registered Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) along with a Master's degree in Art Therapy or a related counseling field. Preferred qualifications include experience with developmental and physical disabilities, a military background, and proficiency in computer skills, alongside passing background and driver's record checks.
