Key Responsibilities
This role oversees community medical directors and manages market-level clinical operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and clinical readiness. The position also holds P&L responsibility for the market and participates in key client meetings to drive performance and engagement.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree with at least 7 years of clinical experience. Additionally, the role requires 5+ years of interdisciplinary team management and 3+ years of P&L management experience.
