Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician observes patient activity, maintains a visible presence at the treatment center and housing, and ensures client safety by alerting to hazards. This role also involves driving company vehicles to transport clients safely to and from scheduled activities and meetings.

Requirements

Candidates must meet AHCA Level 2 Screening eligibility requirements, which exclude certain violent, sexual, or drug-related felonies, and adhere to strict driver qualifications including age, driving experience, and clean violation records. A High School Diploma or GED is required, though one year of treatment industry experience can substitute for the diploma.
