Key Responsibilities

  • conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
  • manage personal or work-related issues, as well as Workforce Chaplains to provide support in the workplace.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) license in the state of Indiana.
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Demonstrates C. A. R. E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
