Job Description

Take the next step in your pediatric dentistry career with a thriving, high-producing practice seeking an experienced dentist who is ready to lead, mentor, and help guide the practice’s continued success!

This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished pediatric dentist who enjoys supporting other clinicians, strengthening clinical standards, and helping a talented team grow. You’ll maintain the clinical autonomy to practice at the top of your license while serving as a trusted leader within one of Oklahoma’s premier pediatric dental practices. A $75,000 sign-on bonus is available.

At Specialty Dental Brands (SDB), we believe great dentistry happens when exceptional clinicians are supported—not limited. We partner with leading Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontic, and Oral Surgery practices nationwide, providing the operational strength and clinical collaboration that allow doctors to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

As a clinical leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the practice by mentoring doctors, sharing your expertise, promoting clinical excellence, and helping foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture. Our model is designed to reduce administrative burdens while supporting clinical independence, professional growth, and strong local leadership.

Our goal is simple: to help every doctor thrive while preserving the autonomy, identity, and culture of the practices they join. At SDB, you’re not stepping into a system—you’re joining a community where your experience and leadership can make a lasting impact.
