Key Responsibilities
The Dialysis Social Worker assesses and addresses the psychosocial needs of patients to improve their quality of life and treatment outcomes. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans and provide counseling to patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and be licensed in the state of practice. Excellent communication and active listening skills are required, with a preference for those with prior renal care experience.
