Key Responsibilities

• will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral health care services to patients as assigned.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, including psychosocial, emot.

• develop an understanding of patients' needs.

• develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the assessment findings.

Requirements

• Complete infection control forms and incident report as needed.

• Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach programs and initiatives to promote mental health awareness, prevention, and early intervention.
