Job Description

Healthcare United is seeking a Pain Management Physician for a full-time, permanent, employed opportunity in northwestern Pennsylvania near Harborcreek. Join a growing interventional pain program with a strong referral base, collaborative physician network, and support from multidisciplinary colleagues.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of chronic pain syndromes through outpatient office visits and procedures at a surgery center. The practice offers comprehensive interventional treatments, including epidurals, nerve blocks, joint injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, multimodal pain management, PRP, prolotherapy, and regenerative injection therapy.

Work Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with required travel to nearby regional clinics. This opportunity allows the physician to develop a comprehensive pain-management practice while delivering patient-centered care in a collegial setting.

An estimated annual compensation range of $450,000–$620,000 is advertised based on regional specialty benchmarks; the final package depends on experience and terms. The role includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus, a competitive base salary with additional productivity opportunities, CME funds and days, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and PSLF-eligible nonprofit employment.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Pain Medicine.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship.
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and necessary credentials.
  • DEA certification.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • No visa sponsorship at this time.
