About the Role

Join Gunnison Valley Health as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), FT in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Designing individualized treatment programs appropriate to achieving short and long

term goals, in collaboration with the patient or the patient’s caregiver.

Demonstrating awareness of the patient’s status by making program changes in response to changes in the patient or his environment.

Performing adult and geriatric dysphagia evaluations appropriately according to the ASHA practice standards.

Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree from an approved program of Speech/Language Pathology.

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience clinical training with a variety of client populations.

Licenses/Certification: Must hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence outlined by ASHA. Maintenance of CPR or BLS

Ability to take proper history and use evaluation methods in accordance with established guidelines
