Job Overview Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Bass Lake. Located in the growing Plymouth community, M Health Fairview Clinic – Bass Lake provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care for patients of all ages.
This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Fairview Health Services in Maple Grove, Minnesota, United States.
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to patients of all ages within a collaborative team environment. Manage clinical care using a multidisciplinary approach and maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
Must be a graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program and be BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a Minnesota medical license and DEA certification.
