Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations, establish and implement treatment plans for assigned patients, and accurately document all results, interventions, progress, and discharge records. They must also delegate appropriate procedures to PTAs, review their documentation, and communicate with other providers regarding patient care and discharge planning.

Requirements

Candidates must be practicing Physical Therapists licensed in Ohio with advanced training and experience treating a wide variety of Pelvic Floor conditions in both male and female patients. A Doctorate degree is preferred, and a minimum of one year of clinical experience in the respective area is preferred.
