Provide high-quality, best-practice physical therapy services to patients, determining their medical needs and implementing interventions to improve functional independence. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide feedback on patient progression through the continuum of care.
Requires a Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia/West Virginia or a transitional license, along with BLS certification. Basic computer skills and age-specific competency in patient interaction are also necessary.
