Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited and approved Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
- Current, active licensure as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Valid and unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration. Additional Considerations Preferred:
- 314 and 37.2
