Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- A valid National Provider Identification (NPI) number is required.
- Current KY license and NBCOT certification.
- Professional Liability Insurance and CPR training required. Schedule: BPT is open Monday through Friday, 8 am

- Salary: $65K - $78K
- Signing bonus: $3,500.
- 12.5 days PTO.
- CME allowance: $1,000.
