Job Description
General Dentist – Today Dental
The Numbers
- $200,000+ annually
- $800/day guarantee minimum
PPO and fee-for-service only. No HMO. High reimbursement rates
The Setup
You are the only dentist in the office. Every new patient is yours. No associates competing for chair time, no production splits with doctors down the hall. Full-time hygienist on staff.
Full clinical autonomy. You diagnose, you treatment plan, you decide. Molar endo, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign stay in-house, and we support CE for anything you want to add to your scope. Company pays lab expenses.
Fully digital practice with a scanner and modern equipment throughout.
Who We Are
Today Dental is a family-owned group of offices across DFW with doctors ranging from new grads to 30+ years in practice. We run drama-free offices with well-trained teams. We give back — charity cases, time at Scottish Rite Hospital — and we actually enjoy each other's company outside the office.
Benefits
- Medical, vision, and life insurance
- Dental and ortho benefits for you and your family
- Lab expenses covered
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD with active Texas license
- Established clinical skill set — you're producing now and want a better structure around it
- Looking for a long-term home, not a stopover
Key Responsibilities
The dentist will serve as the sole practitioner in the office, managing all new patient cases and treatment planning. Responsibilities include performing a full range of dental procedures including endodontics, extractions, and implants with full clinical autonomy.
Qualifications
- Education
- Doctoral or professional degree (postgraduate degree)
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience
