Job Description
About the Role
Join Johnson Memorial Hospital as a Nurse Practitioner – Full-Time Days, 4-Day Week in United States. Provide Primary Care services to members of the South Central School Trust and their dependents and also provide Transitional Care visits to patients being discharged from JMH. This position will be housed at the Immediate Care/Occupational Health Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Prescriptive Authority within 90 days of employment. Current BLS certification required. Current ACLS certification
Requirements
- Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards and JMH policies and procedures including Blood and Body Substance Precautions.
- Participate in organizational quality improvement activities as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: Current Indiana license as a registered nurse, BSN and national Nurse Practitioner Certification or MSN required.
