Job Description
Direct technicians in the areas of workflow, scheduling, accuracy and the dispensing operation. Ensure the highest quality and accuracy in delivering patient prescriptions is maintained throughout the customer experience and interaction with the pharmacy. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Direct pharmacy technicians in workflow, scheduling, and dispensing operations to ensure accuracy. Maintain high-quality patient prescription delivery while upholding company core values of respect and safety.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, a valid pharmacist license in good standing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in specialty, retail, or central fill pharmacy and leadership skills are desired.
