Key Responsibilities
The counselor assistant will provide individual and group counseling services while managing a caseload of 8-10 clients. They are also responsible for completing assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care across various providers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active CDCA license in the state of Ohio and possess at least 2 years of direct experience in SUD treatment. A valid driver's license and a strong understanding of trauma-informed, evidence-based practices are also required.
