Bayshore Medical Personnel is actively searching for a highly motivated full-time Occupational Therapist with one (1) year of experience to join our team in Ottawa, ON.
This position offers weekends off, day shifts only, a signing bonus. Work with Bayshore HealthCare in Ottawa, Ontario.
The Occupational Therapist will directly assess and treat military personnel with injuries or illnesses through one-to-one or group sessions, and will also consult and advise medical authorities on occupational therapy practice regionally. Duties include adhering to documentation standards, participating in quality assurance activities, and potentially providing clinical preceptorship or teaching support.
Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist working with various adult populations including complex injuries, and must hold a valid provincial license and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate. Specific experience in at least four listed rehabilitation fields and two other specified areas is also required.
