Job description
Join AstraZeneca as a Medical Director, Kidney Disease, Early Clinical Development CVRM in Gaithersburg, Maryland, United States. Location: Gaithersburg, MD Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite The Medical Director will be focused on Kidney Disease and related conditions that impact kidney function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of early clinical and translational research within CVRM.

Key Responsibilities
The Medical Director will lead early Phase I-II global clinical trials for kidney disease, overseeing protocol design, study conduct, and regulatory documentation. Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD, MBBS, or MD/PhD with clinical or research expertise in kidney disease. A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research within academia or the pharmaceutical industry is required.
