Key Responsibilities
The faculty member will teach 18 graduate credit hours per academic year and engage in academic advising, committee work, and admissions-related activities. Additional duties include maintaining clinical expertise, participating in faculty retreats, and contributing to accreditation and program promotion efforts.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in Counselor Education or a related field and possess or be eligible for a Massachusetts mental health counselor license. Applicants are required to have at least one year of graduate-level teaching experience and a demonstrated commitment to behavioral health equity.
