Key Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform assessments remotely.
• Manage health conditions with prescriptive authority.
• Provide counseling and education.
• Perform preventative health assessments and screenings.

Requirements

• 2+ years behavioral health experience.
• Full prescriptive authority for NPs.
• Relevant state licensure and certifications.
• DEA permit.
• BLS certification.
