• How you'll make an impact: Coordinate Patient Care: Support 5-7 medical providers by scheduling and rescheduling appointments to ensure compliance with prescribing and monitoring standards.

• Manage Crisis Response: Respond to crisis calls, update crisis trackers, and escalate to the RN Manager as needed.
