Join Recovery Village as a Behavioral Health Tech Supervisor – M-F 3pm-11pm in Lake Worth, Florida, United States. Looking for a dynamic & compassionate Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team! Advanced Recovery Systems (ARS), an integrated behavioral healthcare management company, is dedicated to providing exceptional care for addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the activities of all the BHTs working in all treatment modalities during scheduled shift, works in collaboration with Charge Nurse to ensure quality patient care.

• Providing departmental orientation to newly hired BHTs.

• Works with Behavioral Health Manager to ensure the facilitation of competency demonstrations and testing for BHT’s.

• Works with Behavioral Health Manager to ensure timely completion of required training for BHT’s.

Requirements

• In lieu of degree, minimum four (4) years’ experience as a supervisor or four (4) years’ in a behavioral health field or similar patient care role required.

• Adult Facilities: Prefer experience working with adults.

• Children and Adolescent Facilities: Prefer experience working with children and adolescents.
