Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology and be registered with the relevant Ontario college, along with at least five years of community-based work experience, including two years of direct clinical experience with young children and families. A minimum of three years of multi-disciplinary team supervision experience, preferably in a unionized setting, is also required.
