Workplace Mental Health Consultant w/ Therapy

Imagine a role where you provide therapy and mental health consultation at a Fortune 500 company in Bethlehem, PA. You’ll work onsite three days a week and virtually two days, with an additional monthly onsite day in New York.

This full-time position offers a salary between $100,000 and $120,000 annually. You’ll deliver individual therapy, management consultation, critical incident response, and trainings to enhance employee wellbeing.

You must hold an unrestricted psychotherapy license in Pennsylvania and New York with at least three years post-graduate experience. Telehealth competency and experience in evidence-based therapy are required.

Your schedule is fixed, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend work explicitly required. This hybrid setup balances onsite presence with remote flexibility.
