Key Responsibilities
The Registered Dietitian provides evidence-based nutrition services, including nutritional assessments, menu planning, and medication-nutrition management for children and adolescents. They also oversee food service delivery and provide nutritional education to youth, families, and staff within the CARES Center clinical model.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition or a related field and possess a current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential. Additionally, applicants must be eligible for or hold a Mississippi Dietitian Licensure (LD).
