About the Role

Join Nashville General Hospital as a Family Nurse Practitioner – Nashville in United States. We are Nashville’s original community - based hospital with 2 additional satellite clinics. Joint Commission accredited, NGH readily accommodates a wide range of needs from emergency services and acute care to ancillary and ambulatory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
  • Treatment and Management: Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Preventative Care: Provide education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: TN State License and Certification as an FNP Experience: Minimum 2 of years of experience as an FNP required.
  • Skills: Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
